Secure satellite operator network
This objective addresses the research and development of a network Security keeper. It will consist of 1) Threat Risk Assessor (TRA) for a dynamic identification of risks and their characteristics; 2) Trust Access Unit for static risk mitigation (within specific Open System Interconnection (OSI) layer) and Dynamic attack mitigation (tracking within different OSI and mitigating attacks when/where they appear static or dynamic; and 3) Security Operation Center (SOC) providing a smart environment for monitoring, troubleshooting and testing. In addition, TRANTOR architecture will be developed to ensure resilience to new attacks that try to spoof or jam the communication system by utilizing automated techniques. The Threat detector performance will enhance the original satellite system.
