End-to-End single band connectivity with a single GEO satellite
Baseline scenario demonstrating the basic support to end-to-end 5G NR connectivity over a GEO satellite.
It is composed by an end-to-end scenario, where a UE is able to communicate with internet via a GEO satellite using 5G-NR waveform. It will validate the extended capabilities provided to the gNB-A and UE-A for single link 5G NTN support. They include the modem baseband modifications as well as a preliminar functional UE-A antenna prototype.
